Thinking . Loving . Praying

Rev. Marshall Wattman-Turner is a native Oregonian, who spent one year of high school as an exchange student in Brazil.  After graduating from Whitworth College in Spokane, Marshall and his wife Margaret then served for three years as community development volunteers in Brazil.

After completing seminary at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California, Marshall served as pastor of United Methodist Churches in Clatskanie, Wilsonville, and Portland for a total of twenty-three years. Since 2008, he has been serving as a hospice and hospital chaplain, in Oregon and Washington.

Margaret and Marshall have three adult children: a son and daughter living in the Portland area, and another daughter in Denver.

Marshall enjoys staying active outdoor gardening and landscaping; practicing yoga, hiking, biking, and swimming; and spending as much time as possible in nature.
