Join us for Sunday worship in Beaverton
New here? You’re always welcome at Beaverton First United Methodist Church. We gather every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. — come exactly as you are.
What to expect
Your first Sunday with us
If you’ve never been to a United Methodist church — or any church — in a while, that’s completely okay. There’s nothing you need to know or bring. Walk in, find a seat, and let the morning meet you where you are. Here’s the gist.
Come as you are
You’ll see everything from jeans to Sunday best. Dress comfortably; no one’s keeping score. Arrive a few minutes early and someone will be glad to help you find your way.
Preaching that goes deep
Our sermons are Scripture-based and dig in — into the history, context, and real meaning of the passage — then bring it home to everyday life. Theologically grounded, genuinely useful, never dry.
Music & an open table
Traditional hymns, our choir and praise team, and prayer — plus Holy Communion the first Sunday of each month, at a table open to everyone. You don’t have to be a member or a Methodist to take part.
Children & families welcome
Kids are a joyful part of worship here. Wiggles and noise are no problem at all — bring the whole family.
